Important Announcements

Meetings are currently held on the 4th Tuesday, 6pm, at the South Waco Library, 2737 S. 18th St., Waco, TX 76706. Meetings occur most months, but each should be confirmed by an announcement on this website This website can now be reached entering the following URL: www.friendsoftheclimate.org. Artist Awards

We have been asked if our judging with awards would still happen, since the event is
virtual. The answer is YES. To review, the awards are as follows:

Adult 1st-$1000, Adult 2nd-$600, Adult 3rd-$400, Peoples' Choice-$400, Student 1st-$500, Student 2nd-$200, Student 3rd-$100.

Although most artists enter to play a part in combating our existential threat of climate change, hopefully these awards will offer an additional incentive.
